One I've built

An immigration consultancy, and a 205-field form.

Their agents collected a client's details, then retyped those same details by hand into an official government form — hundreds of fields, and a rejected file if one of them was wrong. I built the intake questionnaire, the database behind it, the screen the agents work in, and the service that produces the finished form.

  • ×Automate a process you shouldn't automate. Some things need a human. The audit says which.
  • ×Put AI where it isn't needed. Most of this is plumbing. AI you don't need is one more thing that breaks — and one more monthly bill.
